Construction Overview
- Structure: ISO 20 ft HC certified steel container, Corten A weathering steel shell.
- Insulation: Multi-layer composite (rock wool + ceramic wool) achieving U ≤ 0.85 W/m²·K.
- Floor: Raised anti-static floor (600 × 600 × 35 mm) + 200 mm plenum space.
- Roof: Double-drainage, walk-on type, solar-ready.
- Doors: IP65 double-leaf rear door + personnel access door with electronic lock.
- Surface Finish: Epoxy zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat ≥ 120 µm (RAL 7035 or 6031).
